But that is not the full story. She could not always have this long hair because when she was around 18, she had signs of androgenetic alopecia, which caused hair loss.<\/p>\n

Her hair has also caused her a lot of trouble and especially insecurity because she admits that her hair is very bushy, crimped and gets tangled very easily.<\/p>\n

The doctor\u2019s treatment helped her grow her hair back completely, and she even began training to become a trichologist herself.<\/p>\n

She could not cut her hair after she grew them back again, so she has such long lengths, 90 inches as of 2017.<\/p>\n

She has one big advice for people, which is, \u201cBefore you decide which shampoo suits you, you need to decide on the type of hair. Improperly selected shampoo can damage your hair very badly\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

She says, \u201cFor example, if you have dry hair, start using shampoo for oily hair, you remove all that natural fat, without which the normal condition of the hair, which is already lacking, is impossible.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cYou will dry the scalp and make your hair very fragile, brittle. Many people often face a season of hair loss. If the iron content in the body is normal and there are no hormonal changes, this is normal,\u201d\u00a0<\/em>Anastasia Sidorov added.<\/p>\n

She never straightened her hair. She only air dries her hair to 60% and eats omega 3 and Vitamin D to keep her strands beautiful.<\/p>\n
