Thor is never seen wearing a helmet in the movies but in the comics, he used to.
11. Vision
He does not wear a cape in the movies and the colours of his outfit are also differently shaded.
12. Black Widow
Some minor changes to her costume has been made lately and also, she is blonde now. It is actually amazing how most of the Avengers were depicted almost perfectly in the movies, from the comics.
