A UPS driver based in New Orleans discovered a new way to turn his job into fun. Jason Hardesty is the new sensation on internet. He is no more just a package delivery man. He has earned more than 55,000 followers on Instagram by posting selfies with street dogs on his route.
The hashtag #pupsofjay instantly went viral and followers love to check out his feed.
He started posting these selfies in 2017 when he chose a new route. Once he said that the dogs he met on his old route were not so friendly. But on his new route he found the dogs very friendly and sweet.
Almost every dog on this route has become familiar with Jason and they play along. The owners of the dogs also do not show any offence regarding the delivery man interacting with their pets.
Hardesty has managed to maintain his account very well. He makes sure that his Instagram feed is not overloaded with such selfies. He posts only one photo each week.
Follow his profile and mark the time. He uploads the pictures every Friday at 6 p.m. So that people finishes off the working week with a smile.
Every picture he uploads reflects the happiness he finds with these dogs. It is clear that this new hobby has made him love his work all the more. He is satisfied and content with his job and life.
He also got featured in ‘UPS Dogs’ Instagram page managed by UPS where they post the best selfies of their employees.
It seems to be a very popular habit among other drivers of America as well. They like indulging in such hobbies and snap themselves with cute dogs.
But no one has become as popular as Jason Hardesty.
And it is not only dogs with whom they are friendly with. There are snaps with other animals too like horse, deer, cat, etc.
UPS or ‘United Parcel Service’ has its headquarter in Seattle, Washington, U.S. The company is well reputed for its various services but the most important one is packaging delivery.
It is so rightly said that dogs are our best companions. They never leave your side and can make you extremely happy. Jason’s pictures are proof of it.
Every route he travels he makes sure that he makes a new paw-friend. People have loved his posts and wait every week to see a new picture with a new dog.
So what do you think about this new hobby?
